What is Trade?
At Trade, we bring together top, independent roasters from towns across the USA—places you’d love if you lived nearby—and curate the best coffees for folks everywhere to enjoy. Then, we match you with options you’ll love—recommending specific coffees based on what you like or would like to try.
Whether you’re a stickler for consistency or an adventurist who likes to mix it up, we’ll help you discover coffees that bring out the best in your mornings, afternoons, and every moment in between.
What is the One-Month trial and how does it work?
Our One-Month Trial offers a 50% discount on your first subscription order. Your first order will cover two prepaid coffee shipments, which we will send out one bag at time based on your order frequency settings.
The frequency will default to one bag sent every two weeks, but you can always adjust your order frequency from your My Subscription page once the subscription has started!
How long does it take to receive my coffee?
After your order is placed, your coffee will be freshly roasted and shipped from directly from the roaster within 48 hours. Coffees are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, and generally take 3 - 5 business days for shipping. We'll send an email with a tracking link as soon as the roaster has started on your order, so you can follow along every step of the way.
Where does the coffee come from?
We seek out the best local independent coffee roasters from coast to coast, and we're proud to partner with 50+ of them. They're the places you'd love to have nearby and the people you'd want as friends - pouring passion into every detail, crafting coffee the right way, and developing lasting partnerships along the coffee supply chain to build an equitable global community. What if I don't like my first coffee?
This almost never happens, but our First-Cup Guarantee has you covered just in case! If you’re not completely satisfied with your first delivery for any reason, we’ll send a new bag right away. Just contact us within one week of receiving your first order so we can make it right.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States using USPS. We are able to ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska & Hawaii. At this time we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Canada, or internationally. We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.
