Sweet & Tart

Medium Single Origins

This lot is made up of coffee from 60 smallholder farmers in Northern Huila, Colombia, and it's specifically designed to represent the flavors of that region: big citrus flavors, complex apple acidity, both rounded out with a lovely brown sugar sweetness.

This coffee is seasonal. We'll pause your plan once we run out.

About the Roaster

Boxcar

Boulder, CO

Founded in 2010 by Cara and Vajra Rich, Boxcar roasts on the front range of the Rocky Mountains. That rugged Colorado landscape comes through in its scrappy can-do attitude. Named for homemade ‘30s race cars, Boxcar began when Vajra put his woodworking skills to use rebuilding machinery in the name of perfect high-altitude coffee.
Fun Fact
This Rocky Mountain roaster developed its Boilermaker brewing method to combat the challenges of making high-altitude coffee.
