This coffee has more fruit flavors than any coffee I’ve tasted this year, from the tropical fruit you’d expect from its name (guava! watermelon! kiwi!) to big, bright lime notes and subtle hints of plum and peach. It comes from El Vergel Estate, where Elías and Shady Bayter put it through over two days of anaerobic fermentation before a two step drying process. Amazing stuff!
