And that’s exactly what Caffe Vita has been roasting in Seattle, Brooklyn, and Phoenix for over 25 years. Working closely with coffee growers around the world, this indie company buys its coffee exclusively from people they like and trust, roasting it on old German Steel machines and taking pride in doing everything as well as possible with the sole mission of making great coffee.
