You choose a number of coffee bags to give and we’ll take it from there, matching your gift recipient’s unique taste to the perfect coffees from our huge network of roasters. The coffee is roasted-to-order and shipped directly to your gift recipient’s door on their schedule. Every gift subscription from Trade is essentially one-of-a-kind.  Plus, this year we’ve introduced a collection of new, physical gift boxes perfect for coffee novices and enthusiasts alike. 

3. Coffee brings people together. Trust us, once they get a taste of Trade, you’ll be hearing about their coffee journey. No, this is the beauty of Trade! To gift a subscription, you simply select how much coffee to send and if you want to notify them about their gift now or later. That’s it – we do the rest!

When your gift recipient redeems their subscription, they’ll take a brief quiz that allows us to customize their f coffee - from the types of roasts they like and if they want it ground or whole bean, to how often they want it delivered. They make those choices — you don’t have to.

Absolutely! You have this option when purchasing either a digital gift subscription or physical gift box, and will be prompted to add your message as you checkout.

Yes … and no… it just depends on the gift! 

If you’re sending a Gift Subscription, the answer is yes.

When you purchase, you’ll be able to choose the date you want us to notify your recipient of their gift. Just remember to select the option to email (versus print) your gift and click Change Date to make your selection

If you’re sending a Gift Box, the answer is no.

We fulfill and ship gift box orders as they’re placed. Shipping, especially around the holidays, can take a few days, so we recommend getting your gifts on the road early! The shipping cutoff for guaranteed delivery before Christmas is 12/15.

Not to worry! Contact a customer support agent at support@drinktrade.com, or give us a chat or call, and we'll locate that gift code for you. We can also send them another email directly with the original gift code.
