Start your St. Patrick’s Day celebrations right with this festive Irish Cream Latte, crafted by our friends at Peixoto. The not-so-secret ingredient? Great espresso—or should we say, liquid gold.
Latte Ingredients
- 10 oz milk of choice
- 2 oz espresso (we’re using Família Peixoto)
- 1 - 1 ½ tbsp pistachio syrup

Irish cream cold foam (recipe included!)
Latte Recipe
- Add syrup to glass
- Then Add cold milk & espresso
- Top with Irish cream cold foam
- Pro tip: Sprinkle a bit of good luck on top
Cold Foam Ingredients & Recipe
- 8 oz heavy cream
- 5 tbsp Irish cream syrup
- Sprinkle of cacao powder
Combine and blend until thick!
