The Order Process:

When you place an order, a specialty roaster will begin to prepare
your coffee. Once roasted, your coffee is shipped within 48 hours via USPS
Ground Advantage. We'll send an email with a tracking link so you can follow
along every step of the way.

The Coffees: 

For each delivery, your Trade coffee subscription will prepare a different
coffee based on your preferences.  If you’d
like to swap to a specific coffee, or if you’d like to repeat a previous
delivery, you can do so using your subscription dashboard.

Frequency:

To begin, each Trade subscription is designed to deliver the perfect amount of
coffee for one month of brewing. If you’d like to adjust your delivery
schedule, you can do so using your subscription dashboard.

Our priority is delivering coffee that you’ll love on your terms. If you’d prefer a different delivery schedule, quantity or coffee style after your first delivery, you can adjust your preferences using your subscription dashboard. If you’d like a little extra guidance while doing so, our customer service team can help Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST by phone at 1 (888) 252-8691, via chat on our homepage, or email at support@drinktrade.com.

Of course. There’s no commitment with a Trade coffee subscription. You can easily pause your subscription or adjust your next order date from your subscription dashboard.

This almost never happens, but our First-Match Guarantee has
you covered just in case. If you’re not completely satisfied with your first
delivery for any reason, we’ll send a new bag right away. Just contact our
Customer Experience team within one week of receiving your first order so we
can make it right.

Great question! We can confirm that the coffee is 100% coffee beans and contains absolutely no nuts or any other added ingredients. The roasters' notes on the bags are actually tasting notes that roasters have discovered while roasting the coffee. Similar to when sommeliers choose tasting notes for wine, the ingredient notes listed on the bags of coffee are not contained in the coffee but rather what roasters are tasting when they sip it!
